Other than his wife and children, Chef Pat Pascarella has two loves in his life: His love for Italian cuisine and his love for fish. Alici marries these two loves once and for all. In 2015, he visited the Amalfi Coast for the first time and instantly fell in love with not just the view but also the cuisine. It’s their simple approach to freshness that made Chef Pat instantly feel like he needed to bring this style to America. In 2017, he moved to Atlanta where The White Bull was born in 2018, then Grana in 2020 and Bastone in 2022. Now Alici is born.
